The Principal, Karen Lewis, is a member of The Law Society of New South Wales Solicitor No. 7707 and holds a current and unrestricted practising certificate entitling her to practise as a solicitor and barrister in New South Wales.
Karen has degrees in arts and law from Sydney University. Her experience includes work as: solicitor with leading Australian law firm Freehills, working for major corporations involved in commercial litigation. This involved research, advice and court appearances in areas of company and commercial law, equity, finance and contract law – a partner in the legal firm NextGenLaw which advised and acted for high net worth individuals in the area of estate planning law, highly specialised areas of wills incorporating testamentary trusts, business succession and superannuation.
In 2003 Karen established her boutique legal practice in Bondi Junction focusing on business and property law for medium to small businesses and estate planning for individuals, and specialised areas of wills incorporating testamentary trusts, business succession and superannuation.
